Multifaceted Approach

Let's be honest here- we're fertility experts and we know that getting pregnant can sometimes take a lot of effort. But we got you! Rest assured- we will throw the kitchen sink at it if we have to! Our multifaceted approach allows us to access and influence blood flow within the body- resulting in: hormone balance (thyroid, FSH, AMH), decreased inflammation, reduced stress and stress related hormones. All of these aspects positively affect fertility outcomes- improved egg quality and quantity, uterine lining, and reduction of stasis (fibroids/cysts/polyps).

We teach you how to tune in to your body and we give you the tools for self-care at home. We keep it simple and realistic.

Jen is well-known throughout Chicago for her innovative approach to integrative fertility medicine, pregnancy, and childbirth preparation. Jen works collaboratively with Institute for Human Reproduction (IHR) as Principal Acupuncturist, helping patients prepare for IUI/IVF, and embryo transfer.

Jen stays inspired and grounded through her longtime practice of kundalini yoga and mantra meditation. Jen blends mantra with Chinese medicine to deepen cultivation of intuitive awareness and joy, which is reflected in her clinical practice.
